Welcome to Window Hero. We believe in complete clarity and customer convenience—both in our work on the ground and in how we operate our business. Below, you will find our straightforward terms of service.

1. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering a high-standard clean every time. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your clean:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of completion.
  • Include a photograph showing the affected area so we can review the issue.
  • We will return and re-wash the affected windows free of charge, with no questions asked.

2. Access to Your Property

To ensure we can complete your service smoothly:

  • Please ensure side gates are unlocked, pathways are clear, and pets are kept indoors on your scheduled visit day.
  • If access is restricted: If a back gate is locked or an area is inaccessible upon arrival, we will clean all accessible windows (such as the front and available sides). You will be charged a partial fee reflecting the areas we were able to complete.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We keep you informed every step of the way to make our service as hassle-free as possible:

  • You will receive an SMS reminder the day before every scheduled visit so you know exactly when to expect us.
  • If you need to skip, pause, or reschedule a visit, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your SMS reminder.

4. Weather Policy

We use modern pure water technology, which cleans effectively regardless of standard British weather:

  • Light to Moderate Rain: Cleaning goes ahead as normal. Pure water removes all mineral deposits, ensuring your glass dries completely spot-free even in rain.
  • Heavy Rain or High Winds: If conditions are severe enough to compromise safety or quality, we will postpone the visit and notify you to reschedule as soon as safe.

5. Payments

  • Once your job is completed, you will receive a secure payment link via SMS or email.
  • Payment is due within 24 hours of completion.
  • We accept contactless payments, online payments, Direct Debit, and cash.
