Do I need to be home when you visit?
As long as we can access all of your windows, then you don’t need to be home. However, for gutter cleaning, we need access to a wall socket.
How do I pay if I’m not home?
You can pay by bank transfer or Direct Debit.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept contactless payment.
Why is the first clean more expensive?
The first clean takes longer because there’s often more dirt to remove. Regular customers pay less per visit because the job is quicker when we’re maintaining windows.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes, we do.
I don’t want regular cleaning; do you do one-off cleaning?
Yes, we do.
Some window cleaners only accept Direct Debit but I don’t want to set up a Direct Debit. Is that OK?

In the vast majority of cases we’re able to clean such windows.
Do you need anything from us, like outside tap?
You can help us by clearing the work area. For gutter cleaning, we need access to a wall socket.
Are you an old-fashioned window cleaner?
We clean outside windows with a water-fed pole and inside windows using a squeegee.
Do you clean gutters using a vacuum or manually with a ladder?
We use either method depending on the position of the gutters and the type of blockage.
